In compliance to the order of the national government, business one-stop shop is conducted annually nationwide starting from the 1st working day of January till January 20.

Initiated by City Mayor Al David T. Uy through the Business Regulation Division headed by Mr. Ernesto Tundaan, with the cooperation of various regulatory offices and national agencies, the satellite one-stop shop is on-going, conducted at the 3 districts of IGACOS.

Regulatory agencies including the Bureau of Internal Revenue, Bureau of Fire Protection and other regulatory offices are situated in one location to provide travel convenience and faster transactions to the aspiring and established business owners residing in IGACOS. As well, the renewal and application for Franchising of Tricycle is conducted in the one-stop shop.

For clients intending to renew and apply for a business permit, there are three (3) steps to undergo. The first step includes interview and assessment, the second step is the payment, and the 3rd step is approval of the release of the permit.
