The Program on Awards and Incentives for Service Excellence (PRAISE) of the Local Government of the Island Garden City of Samal grants the 2022 Loyalty Award to eighty-five (85) employees of the Agency for their unyielding dedication and continuous fruitful years in public service.
The City Human Resource Management Office headed by Mr. Leo A. Planas hosts the 2022 Loyalty Award Ceremony on October 24, 2022 at the lobby of the New City Hall building in recognition of this milestone and a tribute to express the LGU’s gratitude to the awardees.
Sixty (60) employees who have rendered ten (10) years in service have received the Loyalty Award. Nine (9) employees receive the Bronze Award for the fifteen (15) years in service; ten (10) employees receive the Crystal Award for the twenty (20) years in service; one (1) employee receives the Silver Award for the twenty-five (25) years in the government; four (4) Pearl Award recipients for the thirty (30) years in service; and one (1) employee receives the Ruby Award for forty (40) years.
Mr. Alfredo S. Lazaga, Farm Worker II, of the City Agriculture Office receives the Sapphire Award for his forty-five (45) productive and eventful years serving the Local Government and the Samaleños – an achievement worthy of praise and acclamations.
Mr. Planas congratulates the awardees in a short message, “Indeed, this is a milestone in our career, in our service as government employees for having served sa kini na mga years. Again, congratulations. Looking forward for more fruitful years in the local government service. Congratulations sa atong tanan."
City Mayor Al David T. Uy congratulates the awardees as well and commends Mr. Lazaga for his 45 years of service in the City.
