The local government of Island Garden City of Samal thru the leadership of Mayor Al David T. Uy, formally sends-off the security personnel from different national agencies, today, October 31, 2023 at New City Hall grounds, Brgy. Penaplata, Island Garden City of samal.

Philippine National Police (PNP), PNP Maritime Police, PNP Tourist Police, Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP), Coast Guard-IGACOS (PCG), EOD K-9, Task-Force Samal, City Health Office, City Public Order and Safety office, and other offices were deployed in cemeteries to observe Security, Peace, and Order of the All soul’s day.

Mayor Al David Uy expressed his gratitude to the uniformed personnel who also served in Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan Election 2023 (BSKE2023)for safeguarding the peace and order of the BSKE2023. “Dili ta mag kumpyansa, let us be vigilant. Taasan nato atong pasensya ug dili nato kalimtan mu smile. Take care of yourselves and let us help protect and preserve the island.” Mayor Uy said.

Also present in the program, PNP-IGACOS Chief of Police, PLTCOL ROMEO M. ANGON JR., TF-Samal Commander, LTCOL HAROLD HO, City Fire Marshal , CINSP ALAN PADILLO, City Administrator, Mr. Nieljun Esdrelon, and City Department Heads.
