ISSUANCE OF PERMITS (BUILDING, ELECTRICAL, PLUMBING AND MECHANICAL)

FOR COMMERCIAL BUILDING WITHIN THE BEACH RESORT DEVELOPMENT.

  • Who May Avail of the Service: Any person, firm, or corporation including any agency or instrumentality of the government who intend to construct a building/structure
  • Where to Transact: Building & Industrial Safety Section, City Engineer’s Office
  • Person In-charge:  Engr. Darwin S. Arig - City Engineer

What are the Requirements:

 

Clearance/Certification:

  • Barangay Construction Clearance
  • Barangay Construction Clearance
  • Zoning Certification
  • Locational Clearance
  • Mayor’s Certification
  • Fire Safety Certification
  • Environmental Compliance Certificate (ECC)
  • Foreshore lease                       

If the applicant is the owner of the lot:

  • Land Title (Photocopy)                                                             
  • Latest Tax Declaration (Photocopy)                                           
  • Latest Tax Clearance (Photocopy)                                                                                                                                            

If the applicant is not the owner of the lot:                               

  • Deed of Sale (Photocopy)                                                        
  • Deed of Donation (Photocopy)                                                 
  • Extrajudicial Partition (Photocopy)                                            
  • Lot Owner’s Consent (Notarized)                                                                                                                                                                     

Plans:

  1. Building Plan Signed and Sealed by Civil Engineer/Architect
  2. Electrical Plan Signed and Sealed by Professional Electrical Engineer
  3. Plumbing Plan Signed and Sealed by Master Plumber/Sanitary Engineer
  4. Mechanical Plan Signed and Sealed by Professional Mechanical Engineer
  5. Bill of Materials and Cost Estimate Signed and Sealed by Civil Engineer/Architect
  6. Structural Design and Analysis (additional requirements if the building is 2 storey above) Signed and Sealed by Civil Engineer
  7. Specification Signed and Sealed by Civil Engineer/Architect

Fees: It is based on the revised IRR of PD1096 National Building Code of the Philippines

Duration: Three (3) working days
