ISSUANCE OF PERMITS (BUILDING, ELECTRICAL, PLUMBING,)

FOR RESIDENTIAL WITH FLOOR AREA 21.00 SQ.M. ABOVE (STANDARD PLAN)

Who May Avail of the Service:

Any person, firm, or corporation including any agency or instrumentality of the government who intend to construct a building/structure

 

Where to Transact: Building & Industrial Safety Section, City Engineer’s Office

What are the Requirements:

  • Clearance/Certification:
    • Latest Tax Declaration (Photocopy)
    • Barangay Construction Clearance
    • Zoning Certification
    • Official Receipt                                                                        
    • Locational Clearance
    • Mayor’s Certification
    • Fire Safety Certification
  • If the applicant is the owner of the lot
    • Land Title (Photocopy)                                                                         
    • Latest Tax Clearance (Photocopy)                                             
  • If the applicant is not the owner of the lot                                
    • Deed of Sale (Photocopy)                                                        
    • Deed of Donation (Photocopy)                                                                                                                          
    • Extrajudicial Partition (Photocopy)                                                                                                    
    • Lot Owner’s Consent (Notarized)                                                                                                                                                                     
  •  Plans:
    1. Building Plan Signed and Sealed by Civil Engineer/Architect
    2. Electrical Plan Signed and Sealed by Professional Electrical Engineer
    3. Plumbing Plan Signed and Sealed by Master Plumber/Sanitary Engineer
    4. Mechanical Plan Signed and Sealed by Professional Mechanical Engineer
    5. Bill of Materials and Cost Estimate Signed and Sealed by Civil Engineer/Architect
    6. Structural Design and Analysis (additional requirements if the building is 2 storey above) Signed and Sealed by Civil Engineer
    7. Specification Signed and Sealed by Civil Engineer/Architect

Fees: It is based on the revised IRR, Rule II Section 6 of PD1096 National Building Code of the Philippines

Duration:  Three (3) working days

Schedule of Availability of Service:

Monday – Friday

8:00am – 5:00pm; no noon break
